"Until the unconscious becomes conscious, the subconscious will continue to direct your life and you will call it destiny."

Sailor of uncertainty seeking to expand awareness in people and organizations.

Organizations and the individuals that create them up are undergoing a series of changes, some of them very radical, derived from the threats and dangers of the environment: the pandemic, the economic slowdown and the social and political crisis in which we live. It is a turbulent and threatening environment in which, like sailors in a storm, we need something to hold on to, we seek to find meaning.

In the process of organizational and individual development there is an urgent need to discover the meaning of things in order to give meaning to our moment:

  • Perceptive Sense. To see the moment clearly, to listen to the rhythm of the moment, to try new solutions, to smell the opportunities and to feel with attention the possibilities and their boundaries.

  • Emotional sense. We all have an internal compass that manifests itself through our emotions and transforms into feelings and these into decisions. Even in the darkest night our intuition can tell us which way to go.

  • Direction sense. Knowing whether to move forward, stop or go backwards and where to go.

These three meanings of the word sense constitute the core of the person.

Their search is the mission of our lives.

This is how I decided to embark on my path as a consultant, coach and therapist: to accompany individuals and organizations in their quest for self-knowledge, awareness and development.

Does this makes sense to you? Shall we walk a stretch of the road together?
